Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Terms for DaisySoft accounts and software licenses on www.daisysoft.net and in DaisySoft apps. The Korean version governs if the two differ. Effective November 2, 2026.
1. Purpose
These terms set out the rights and responsibilities between DaisySoft (데이지소프트, “we”) and members using DaisySoft accounts, www.daisysoft.net and our software (SpliTak, DaiLight and others).
2. Definitions
- A “member” is anyone who agrees to these terms and creates a DaisySoft account.
- A “license” is the right to use paid software, either a “pass” paid once for a set period (up to 12 months) or a “subscription” that renews automatically each billing period.
- A “free trial” lets you use paid features free for a set period before paying.
3. Changes to these terms
We post these terms on our website and may change them within the law. We announce changes 7 days before they apply, or 30 days before for changes that work against you. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.
4. Accounts
- You can sign up with email and password or with Google or Apple, and must agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
- You must be 14 or older.
- We may refuse or restrict accounts created with someone else’s or false information.
- Keep your sign-in details safe. Accounts cannot be transferred or lent.
5. Deleting your account
- You can delete your account at any time on My account. Active subscriptions end immediately and licenses on the account are lost permanently. Ask for any refund before deleting.
- If you break these terms or misuse the service, we may restrict or end your account after notice.
6. Service and licenses
- Licenses are added to your account as soon as payment completes. Nothing is shipped.
- A license is a personal, non-transferable right to use the software. We keep ownership of the software.
- Each product limits how many devices one account can use at a time, as shown on its product page.
- Apps need to connect to the internet from time to time to check licenses.
- Features, supported systems and prices are as shown on product pages and at checkout.
7. Orders and payment
You confirm the price and terms at checkout before paying. Payments in Korea are processed by Toss Payments. Displayed Korean prices include VAT. Use only payment methods in your own name.
8. Subscriptions and recurring billing
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year on your first billing date using your registered card, adding access for each paid period.
- You can cancel at any time on My account or the subscription page. You keep access until the paid period ends and are not charged again.
- If a renewal fails we retry for a few days, then end the subscription.
- We give 30 days’ notice of a price change, so you can cancel first.
9. Cancellations and refunds
See the Refund and Delivery Policy. Ask within 7 days of payment for a full refund, whether or not you used the software.
10. Free trials and coupons
- Each product offers one free trial per device and per account, and trials never turn into a paid purchase automatically.
- Coupons can be used once per account under their stated conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash.
11. What you must not do
- Share, sell or rent your account or licenses
- Bypass license checks, or copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the software without permission
- Use someone else’s data or payment method
- Disrupt the service
12. Our obligations
We follow the law and these terms, work to keep the service running reliably, protect your data under the Privacy Policy, and handle complaints promptly.
13. Changes to or ending the service
We may change the service for operational or technical reasons. If we stop selling or supporting a paid product, we give 30 days’ notice, and refund unused pass or subscription time pro rata. Force majeure or outages may interrupt the service temporarily.
14. Limitation of liability
Unless the law holds us responsible, we are not liable for outages without our fault or negligence, losses you cause, or loss of data you process with the software. Keep your own backups of important files.
15. Disputes and governing law
Send questions or disputes to hindoog@daisysoft.net. If unresolved, you may apply for mediation to the Korea Consumer Agency or other bodies, and lawsuits go to the competent court under Korea’s Civil Procedure Act. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
